Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Maleque has said there is much influence of others in the health sector for which they face difficulty in working independently.

He said, “I ask those who works at different levels not to interfere in the task of others. We would be able to work independently, if it is possible to reduce interference of others.”

Zahid Maleque made the comment after the event of annual performance agreement (APA) with health service division and other relevant offices and organisations at the secretariat on Monday.

The minister also said, “Organisations those are involved in misdeeds are not being spared. If we find any irregularity at any place, we will go for action. The whole society has the responsibility in this regard. So, practising of honesty is needed everywhere.”
