Apple has unveiled its latest generation of devices, led by the iPhone duo, the company’s first foldable iPhone, alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, AirPods 5, Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4.

The new lineup places a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI), camera technology, health tracking, battery life and performance, with the foldable iPhone marking the biggest design change in the company’s smartphone history.

iPhone Duo: Apple’s first foldable iPhone

The iPhone Duo features a 7.6-inch inner display when unfolded and a 5.4-inch outer display when folded.

Powered by Apple’s A20 Pro chip, the device uses a dual-battery design and an advanced thermal management system. Storage options range from 256GB to 2TB.

The foldable iPhone also supports Apple Pencil, offering additional functionality for note-taking, drawing and other creative tasks.

AirPods 5 add stronger noise cancellation and Live Translation

The new AirPods 5 bring Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to Apple’s open-ear design.

Apple says the new earbuds can reduce external noise by up to 50 per cent more than AirPods 4 with ANC. They also feature Adaptive EQ, an improved Transparency mode, Siri AI capabilities and Live Translation.

Battery life is rated at up to five hours with ANC enabled.

The AirPods 5 start at $129, while a version with a Wireless Charging Case costs $149 in the US.

Apple Watch Series 12 focuses on health

The Apple Watch Series 12 introduces a new Health Sensing System designed to provide more frequent health measurements.

The smartwatch is powered by the S11 chip and offers more frequent heart-rate and heart-rate variability (HRV) tracking, along with a new Readiness Score.

Aluminium models also feature Ceramic Shield 2.
