Ban Ki-moon arrives in Dhaka this evening

Shawdesh Desk: Former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon arrives in Dhaka on Tuesday evening on a two-day visit to attend the “Dhaka meeting of the Global Commission on Adaptation”, a foreign affairs ministry source said.
He will attend the GCA meeting on Wednesday.
Foreign Minister Dr AK Abul Momen is scheduled to receive him at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Earlier, the current chair of the GCA visited Dhaka in 2011 to attend a climate affairs conference.
