The High Court has summoned two former Directors General of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) for allegedly failing to comply with a court order.
Former Directors General Professor Dr. Muhammad Azad Khan and Professor BM Abdul Hannan have been ordered to appear before the High Court on August 12 to explain why the court’s directive was not implemented.
An HC bench, comprising Justice Fahmida Quader and Justice Md Asif Hasan, issued this order on Wednesday. Adv Md Humayun Kabir represented the petitioner during the hearing.
