The Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) on Wednesday announced three Hajj packages for pilgrims travelling under private management in 2027, with the lowest package priced at Tk513,545.

HAAB Secretary General Farid Ahmed Majumder unveiled the packages at a press conference held at a hotel in Bijoynagar in the capital.

The announcement came a day after the government unveiled its Hajj packages for 2027 under the public management system.

According to HAAB, the three private packages include meals and sacrificial animal (Qurbani) costs. The highest-priced package has been set at Tk791,060, while the lowest costs Tk513,545.

The association said the packages comprise a special package, a general package and an economy package.

Compared with last year, the economy package has increased by Tk3,545 from Tk510,000 to Tk513,545.

The general package has been fixed at Tk550,000, up Tk27,000 from last year’s Tk523,000.

Last year’s special package was priced at Tk750,000, meaning its cost has also increased this year to Tk791,060.
