The size of the Bangladesh cabinet is going to be expanded on Saturday.
Responding to a question at a press briefing on DCs’ Conference at the Secretariat on Thursday, cabinet secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam said the oath of new minister/s would be administered on Saturday.
The changes are the second cabinet shuffle in the seven months since prime minister Sheikh Hasina formed the government on January 7, 2019 for the third straight term.
