Man killed, 15 hurt as bus plunges into ditch in Tangail

A man was killed and 15 others were injured when a bus fell into a ditch in Kalihati upazila of Tangail Tuesday morning.
The deceased, Syed Ali Khan (60) of Naogaon, was a passenger of the bus.
The the Dhaka-bound bus carrying the victims from Naogaon lost control and plunged into the ditch on Jadurpara area on Bhuapur-Tangail highway, leaving one dead and injuring 15 others, Md Alauddin, Deputy Director of Fire Service and Civil Defence.
The injured were admitted to Tangail General Hospital.
