3 killed as truck overturns in Pabna

Three people were killed and eight others injured as a coal-laden truck overturned in Ishwardi upazila of Pabna early Monday.
The deceased were identified as Jubbar, Matar Shah, both of them hailing from Dadapur village at Lakshmikunda union in the upazila and Shukur Ali, from Joypurhat.
Asaduzzaman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Ishwardi Police Station, said three people were killed and eight others injured when the Dhaka-bound truck lost control and turned turtle at Chargargori village in Sahapur union.
The injured were taken to a local hospital.
