A Chattogram-bound train derailed in Kewatkhali of Mymensingh on Monday morning. A wagon of Nasirabad Express train veered off the tracks around 8am, said Mymensingh GRP Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Mohiuddin Ahmed. The rail communication on Mymensingh-Bhairab route  was suspended due to the derailment, he said. On information, a salvage train from Kewatkhali loco shadow was sent to the spot, he added.
