The situation in Brahmanbaria took a severe turn with passing time during hartal called by Hefajat-e Islam on Sunday.
Two more bullet-injured people were brought in Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital for treatment on Sunday noon but died.
In addition, one more bullet-injured named Nurul Amin who was undergoing treatment at hospital died on Saturday.
One of the deceased is identified as Al-Amin (19), son of Sufi Ali of Sarail upazila, while identity of another deceased was not known.
Shawkat Hossain, superintendent of 250-bed Brahmanbaria General Hospital, confirmed the matter.
