A Dhaka court has fixed December 17 for submitting a probe report against former Vice President of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) Nurul Haque Nur and five others in a case filed for allegedly assisting in rape.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nivana Khaer Jesi fixed the date as Investigation Officer Md Wahiduzzaman failed to submit its report on Wednesday.
A Dhaka University student filed the rape case on September 20.
