The High Court has directed the authorities concerned to form a committee to probe into sexual harassment and humiliation of a woman in Noakhali.
The court asked for report based on outcome of the probe within a fortnight.
The High Court issued a rule asking the authorities to explain as to why failure to protect the woman shall not be declared illegal.
