Actor Farooque undergoing treatment at ICU for last four months

Legendary film actor and lawmaker of Dhaka-17 Akbar Hossain Pathan, popularly known as Farooque, has been undergoing treatment at intensive care unit (ICU) of a hospital in Singapore for the last four months.
He is receiving treatment at Sinagapore Mount Elizabeth Hospital for bacterial infection in his blood along with kidney and brain complications.
Media report revealed that his condition is better than past.
Wife of the film actor Farhana said, “His (Farooque) condition is slightly better, but still undergoing treatment at hospital’s ICU. But the treatment procedure is very long. As a result, he is gradually improving.”
She also sought blessings for the recovery of her husband.
