Two unidentified women were found slaughtered at Changla village in Badalgachi upazila of Naogaon on Thursday morning.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Confirming the news, Jobair Ahmmed, officer-in-charge (OC) of Badalgachi Police Station, said that locals spotted slaughtered bodies of the two women and informed police.
Later, police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies at 10:00 am in the area, he said.
The OC also said that police are making efforts to identify the two women, adding that the matter is being investigated.
