Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Saturday encouraged a young innovator by test-driving a go-kart (racing car) built by college student Rijwan Rashid.
The demonstration took place on the Prime Minister’s Tejgaon office premises on Saturday afternoon, where the homemade racing vehicle was showcased.

The Prime Minister inspected the go-kart in detail, expressing interest in its design, construction process, and performance.
In a gesture of appreciation and encouragement, he got behind the wheel and drove the go-kart himself, drawing attention to the importance of nurturing creativity and technical skills among the country’s youth.

Officials present at the event said the Prime Minister praised the initiative, noting that such innovation reflects the potential of young minds when given the right support and opportunities.
