Naogaon road accident kills 4

At least four people were killed and another was injured in a road accident on Naogaon-Rajshahi regional highway at a location near Chakgouri Hat Bazar under Mahdevpur upazila in Naogaon on Monday afternoon.
The identities of the victims could not be known immediately.
The accident occurred in the area when a truck collided head-on with a CNG-run auto-rickshaw coming from the opposite direction at about 1:15 pm, leaving three passengers and driver of the auto-rickshaw dead on the spot and another injured, said Md Jahidul Islam Naogaon Fire Service and Civil Defense Station Officer.
The injured one was admitted to a local hospital, he added.
