A microbus caught fire on Dhaka Elevated Expressway in front of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Thursday.
Rozina Akhtar, duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence headquarters control room, said that the microbus caught fire due to overheating of its engine at about 12:10pm.
Being informed, two firefighting units from nearby Airport station came and doused the fire at about 12:40pm, she said.
No casualty was reported, it said.
