Lawyers stage protest at CMM court for keeping their fellow on dock for 2 hours

Hundreds of lawyers of Dhaka Bar Association are holding a demonstration in front of Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court in protest of harassment of a fellow lawyer.
The protesters are demanding immediate withdrawal of the additional chief metropolitan magistrate who allegedly kept a lawyer on the dock for two hours on Tuesday.
Around 500 lawyers started the protest rally at the main gate of the court around 9:30am on Wednesday and locked the main gate of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court (CMM) halting all the judicial activities at the court.
