Rehena Aktar, a photojournalist of Daily Ittefaq, died at her house in Rupganj of Narayanganj on Monday evening. She was 33.
She was suffering from colorectal cancer (CRC), said her relatives.
Rehena who was a member of Bangladesh Women Journalist Association left behind two daughters, her husband and a host of relatives.
She would be buried at her family graveyard in Rupganj after her namaj-e janaza later at night.
