Bangladesh has reportedly found presence of Indian variant of Covid-19 in the patients recently.
This was confirmed by Institute for Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCRB).
Indian variant being serious and fatal had forced Bangladesh to seal border for two weeks.
Against the backdrop, Bangladeshi visitors stranded in India are returning home on emergency grounds following terms and conditions and vice versa.
The dreaded variant might have entered Bangladesh by the cross-border movement, though restricted.
