The deceased was identified as Sanjida Akter.
Confirming the matter, In-Charge of the hospital Ariful Bashar said, “The woman died at 7:00 pm on Wednesday. She did not die from the infection, rather she died of other complications.”
“She did not die solely from the HMPV infection. She had several underlying conditions, including obesity, kidney issues, and lung complications as revealed by X-rays,” he said.
