A female member of police died while performing duty at Putia Police Station on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Samiara Khatun, 27.
Officer-in-charge of Putia Police Station Rezaul Islam said Samiara was staying in the Police Station while she felt pain on the chest, reports UNB.
Later, after taking her to the hospital she died, he said.
Her samples were collected for coronavirus test, OC said.
