Director General of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Professor Dr ABM Khurshid Alam has been infected with Covid-19.
Line Director of DGHS Mizanur Rahman, who also tested positive for the virus, confirmed the matter to the media.
Both of them tested positive for the virus two days ago and now are staying at their respective homes, sources said.
