BSF guns down Bangladeshi at Sherpur border

A Bangladeshi national was shot dead by Indian’s Border Security Force (BSF) at Kumargati area of Shrebordi upazila in Sherpur on Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Ukil Mia, 35, son of Bango Suruj Mia, was a cow trader, hailing from Hariakona village of the upazila.
The accident took place adjacent to Piller no 1092 inside Indian border this morning.
Abdul Hai, in-charge of Karnojora BGB camp, confirmed the matter.
