ACC to file petition seeking cancellation of JMI chief’s bail

Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) will file a petition with the High Court (HC) seeking cancellation of bail granted to Md Abdur Razzak, Chairman of JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Ltd, in a case filed over supplying fake N-95 masks to some government hospitals.
ACC’s lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan confirmed the news.
Earlier on October 15, Judge KM Imrul Kayes of the Senior Special Judge’s Court of Dhaka , granted the bail after hearing.
