NCP to announce 100 more local government candidates on June 15

The National Citizen Party will announce the names of 100 more candidates for the posts of upazila chairman and municipality mayor on June 15.
Sarjis Alam, chairman of the NCP’s local government election management committee, confirmed the upcoming announcement in a post on his verified Facebook page on Monday afternoon.
Earlier, on May 10, the party announced its first batch of 100 candidates for upazila chairmen and municipal mayoral positions.
This follows an announcement on March 29, when the NCP named its mayoral candidates for the upcoming elections in five city corporations across the country, including Dhaka North City Corporation and Dhaka South City Corporation.
