One of the most entertaining and aesthetically appealing segments of the magazine show “Ityadi” is its musical drama. Almost every Eid, the programme presents musical dramas on different social themes. This time four musical dramas have been made.

This Eid will feature three musical dramas highlighting the problems faced by upper-class, middle-class and lower-class families. The dramas star popular actors Tawsif Mahbub, Sarika Sabrin, Sajal Noor, Kusum Sikder, Nasir Uddin Khan and Arfan Ahmed.

In recent times, various irregularities have become common in society, with incidents of fraud and deception increasing in different forms. Reflecting this growing distrust, another musical drama has been produced on the theme of betrayal of trust. It features noted actors Shahiduzzaman Selim and Rosey Siddiqui, while Iqbal Hossain and Shaon Majumder appear as vendors.

The musical dramas have been voiced by Akash Mahmud, Rajib, Pulak Adhikari, Mauri, Noshin Tabassum Smaran and Tanjina Ruma, while the music direction has been handled by Mehedi and Akash Mahmud.

The Eid special episode of Ityadi will be aired on Bangladesh Television the day after Eid, following the 8:00pm Bangla news. Written, directed and presented by Hanif Sanket, the show is produced by Fagun Audio Vision.
