ICT Prosecutor Saimum Reza resigns

Advocate Saimum Reza, a prosecutor at the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT), submitted his resignation letter on Monday, saying he prefers to “move back to his previous profession.”
No other factor played a role in his desire to quit the ICT team, he said when asked by reporters.
The Chief Prosecutor’s Office has accepted the resignation letter and forwarded it to the law ministry for final approval.
