Woman succumbs to dengue in Dinajpur

A woman died of dengue fever at M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital (MARMCH) in Dinajpur early Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Shilpi Akter, 26, wife of Delwar Hossen, resident of Salondar village in Thakurgaon district sadar.
Civil surgeon of Dinajpur Abdul Kuddus said Shilpi Akter was admitted to Thakurgaon Sadar Hospital with dengue fever few days ago. Later, she was referred to Dinajpur’s M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital (MARMCH) on Saturday evening as her condition deteriorated. But he breathed her at around 2:00am on Sunday while undergoing treatment in the hospital.
