The growth rate of general inflation eased a bit in December but still remained over double digit level.
Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics calculated the general inflation at 10.89 per cent in the last month of the just concluded 2024.
In November, the BBS recorded general inflation rate at 11.38 per cent.
