Shawdesh Desk: Three passengers were injured critically as two speed boats had a head-on collision at China Channel of Shimulia-Kathalbari route in Padma River.
The injured are identified as Habibur Rahman, 27, Fatema Akter, 20 and Mosharraf Hossain, 28. They all are hailed from Matberchar area in Shibchar.
The accident took place around 9:45 am on Sunday morning. The injured were taken to Shimulia side. A total of 42 passengers were on-board in the two speed boats.
