A Dhaka metropolitan magistrate court on Monday issued arrest warrants against e-commerce company Evaly’s managing director Russell and chairman Shamima Nasreen in three separate cases of check dishonor.
Metropolitan magistrate Begum Farah Diba Chanda passed the order Monday morning.
Plaintiff’s lawyer Sabiqul Islam said, ‘Earlier, the court summoned them. As they didn’t appear, the court issued warrants.’
