The International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b) has witnessed 630 diarrhoea patients in 14 hours till 2:00pm today.
Media report revealed that as many as 45 people were hospitalised in an hour.
According to the icddr,b, the number of diarrhoea cases has increased in the last one week. Some 8,152 patients were hospitalised in a week till March 23.
