Garbage truck claims yet another life in Mohakhali area

A woman was killed as a city corporation garbage truck hit her in the capital’s Mohakhali area early Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Shikha Rani Gharani, a cleaner for the city corporation.
According to eyewitnesses, the garbage truck hit Shikha when she was cleaning the road near the Mohakhali flyover at 2:00am.
The deceased’s body has been kept in Suhrawardy Medical College.
Police are trying to identify the vehicle.
