Noted writer, producer and director Kazi Hayat has been admitted to a private hospital in the capital.
Confirming the news, Kazi Maruf, son of the director, said that the doctors are suspecting a heart blockage.
Maruf urged everyone to support and pray for his father’s quick recovery from the disease.
In March this year, the eight times National Film Award-winning director was hospitalised, after testing positive for Covid-19.
