Shawdesh Desk: Bangladesh has registered 258 new deaths from coronavirus or Covid-19 in a day, a new record, raising the total toll from the infection to 19,779.
The caseload surged to 1,194,752 after 14,925 people diagnosed with the virus until 8:00 am on Tuesday, according to latest information of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
