Yaba tablets worth Tk 3 crore seized in Cox’s Bazar

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have recovered 100,000 pieces of yaba tablets worth over Tk 3 crore from Teknaf upazila of Cox’s Bazar.
BGB headquarters made the disclosure through a press release on Saturday.
According to the release, a BGB team took position in Kharangkhali area on Friday night after being tipped off. Meanwhile, sensing the presence of BGB, smugglers fled the scene, leaving yaba tablets on the spot, the release added.
