Md Israfil Alam, the ruling Awami League member of parliament from Naogaon-6, has tested positive for COVID-19.
Confirming the news, Samir, Personal secretary of the Israfil Alam said that the MP is now undergoing treatment at the capital’s Square Hospital.
Earlier, he tested negative for the virus in the first one from BIRDEM General Hospital but he found infected in the second one from Square Hospital.
