Youth killed in Cox’s Bazar ‘gunfight’

A youth was killed in a reported gunfight with police at Chakaria Upazila of Cox’s Bazar district on early Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Sajjad Hossen, 30, son of Abul Hossen and a resident of Pekua Upazila in the district.
Officer-in-charge of Chakoria Thana Habibur Rahman confirming the matter said the gunfight took place in Marongghona area on early Tuesday.
