The High Court on Monday summoned Sarwar Alam, an executive magistrate of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), to appear before it on December 1 to explain why he did not provide a copy of a judgment order given by him to an accused.
The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahma came up with the order while hearing a writ petition filed by one year sentence awardee by a mobile court.
