Some 7,81,440 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine from Japan have arrived in Dhaka.
A flight of Cathay Pacific, carrying the vaccine shots, arrived at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 3:25pm on Saturday (today).
Senior information officer of the Health and Family Welfare Ministry Maidul Islam Prodhan confirmed the information.
Carrying the vaccine doses, a flight of Nippon Airways left Japan’s Narita International Airport on Friday night. Bangladesh Embassy in Tokyo, Japan revealed this information in its Facebook page.
