7 ‘Rohingya robbers’ killed in Cox’s Bazar ‘gunfight’

Seven Rohingya ‘robbers’ were killed in a reported gunfight with members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in Teknaf upazila in Cox’s Bazar early Monday, according to media report.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Mirza Shahed Mahtab, company commander of RAB-15, said seven members of ‘Jokey Group’, a gang of robbers, were killed in the gunfight during a drive.
The incident took place at Rohingya Camp no 27.
