330MW Power Plant in Habiganj catches fire

A fire broke out at Shahjibazar 330 MW Power Plant in Habiganj district on Sunday, said officials.

The fire broke out around 9:25 am at the power plant and spread soon, said Chief Engineer of the Power Plant Mizanur Rahman.

Being informed, three fire tenders rushed there and brought the fire under control within half hour.
