On the occasion of Eid, Bangladesh Television’s (BTV) popular magazine show “Ananda Mela” has once again been arranged with colourful performances and entertainment. The programme will be aired on BTV at 10:00pm on Eid day. This year’s show will be hosted by two popular stars, Masuma Rahman Nabila and Irfan Sajjad.
One of the major attractions of the show will be dance performances by several well-known stars, including Puja Cherry, Mehazabien Chowdhury, Richi Solaiman, Chandni and Anika Kabir Shokh. Their performances will feature popular movie songs and folk music from the 1980s to the present, presented with special choreography.
The musical segment will feature performances by popular artists such as Kanak Chapa, Monir Khan, Robi Chowdhury, Nancy and Nasir, along with the band Chirkut.
The show will also feature an attractive acrobatic performance by artists from the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. Popular comedian Abu Hena Rony will entertain viewers with his humour.
In addition, the programme will include instrumental music, the iconic Eid song “Ramjaner Oi Rojar Seshe,” special jingles and drama segments. The show has been produced by Afroza Sultana, Hasan Riyad and Yasmin Akhter.
Organisers hope that this special edition of “Ananda Mela”, filled with dance, music, comedy and various entertaining segments, will add extra joy to the Eid celebrations for viewers.
