Petition seeks Tk 10 crore for Abrar family: Hearing on Tuesday

The hearing of the writ petition filed on Sunday seeking compensation of Tk 10 crore to the family of BUET student Abrar Fahad, who was allegedly killed by BCL leaders, will be held on Tuesday.
The High Court (HC) bench of justice Moinul Islam Chowdhury and justice Md Ashraful Kamal fixed the date on Monday.
Senior lawyer AKM Fayez placed the writ petition before the court.
After emerging from the court, the lawyer said the writ petition was placed before the court today and it will be heard on Tuesday.
