566 JCD councillors asked to reach Dhaka within 4pm

The 566 councillors who were selected for sixth council of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) have been asked to reach Dhaka within 4:00pm on Wednesday in an emergency call.
The Bangladesh Nationalist Party’s student body took the decision to ask the councillors in a meeting held at BNP’s central office in a secret manner on Tuesday.
They also unanimously announced BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman as its organisational guardian in the meeting.
The meeting was held after a court on September 12 stayed holding election of Chhatra Dal’s next central committee and issued show cause notice on 10 BNP leaders.
