In a major reshuffle of the police administration, the government has transferred 16 officials of the DIG rank and 34 officials of additional DIG rank to new posts.
The Public Security Division under the ministry of home affairs on Sunday issued seperate circulars in this regard.
The circulars, signed by the division’s Senior Assistant Secretary Md Mahabur Rahman Sheikh, stated that the orders would come into effect immediately.
