Country’s eminent personalities have suggested that persons who enjoyed special privileges and benefits during past governments should not be appointed to the Election Commission (EC).
They informed journalists in this regard after a meeting at Supreme Court Judges’ Lounge this afternoon with the search committee formed for nominating the names for constitution of the next EC.
