Mitu murder: Court orders to re-investigate the case filed by Babul

A Chattogram court has ordered reinvestigation into a case filed over killing of Mahmuda Khanam Mitu, wife of the then police super Babul Akter.
The court also rejected the Naraji application (no confidence petition) filed by Babul Akter against the charge-sheet submitted by Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) against him in connection with the murder.
The order was issued after a hearing in the court of Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate Mehnaz Rahman on Wednesday (November 3) at noon.
