Dr Golam Sabbir Sattar Tapu, director of Institute of Environmental Sciences at Rajshahi University, was made its vice chancellor. He has been appointed for four years.
A gazette notification, signed by Mahmudul Alam, Deputy Secretary of Ministry of Education, issued on Sunday.
